When you listen to the way some of the lawmakers have talked about it, they've been talking about it as if this company is going to control the whole port of New York and New Jersey. That's very far from the case.

It's not good when you talk about trading our star player, the face of our franchise.

What if the standard in one area requires a different thing from another? What is a concern to the Port of Tampa may not be a concern for the Port of New York.

This transaction in no way means a shift in our overall strategy. We are continuing to build a diversified financial services company. It is an economically compelling move to bring us the same capacity in New Jersey that we have in New York, Connecticut and New England.
