It's different for someone who put so much time here, as far as the relationship he has with Jerry and Kenny. This probably means more to him and he shows that a lot.

It means a lot. He's been to the dance before. Not in baseball, but he knows this feeling. His heart and soul is in baseball and he's told me many times he'd trade all his rings for a World Series championship. We're not only doing it for the players first in the clubhouse, but for Jerry and Kenny and everybody else.

I've always perceived his relationship with Jerry to be more a marriage of convenience. Jerry's New Age, and Ignacio comes from a background of working-class politics. Historically, you just see them as completely different individuals.

I shared the stage with Jerry for 35 years and think about him every time I pick up my guitar. This special coming together is one way to celebrate all that Jerry has given us - to feel alive and good with Jerry's spirit and smile.

Kenny had to read the newspaper to his dad every night. These guys (fathers) were brilliant men but simply had no education. Kenny's dad did not want to be ignorant even if he could not read, so Kenny read that paper to him every day.

Jerry got a job playing at this club, but the owner hated his loud style, so he had the manager fire him. When the manager let Jerry go, he asked if there was anyone who could step in. Jerry immediately recommended Dean.

We?re very fortunate to have Jerry York here at BC and we?re all very excited that he will continue to lead our hockey program. Jerry is the best hockey coach in the country and the young people that play for Jerry become the very best student-athletes they can be. Kenny won't be intimidated by the kids and the kids won't be intimidated by Kenny. With all of his experience and the type of person he is, Kenny is about the perfect teammate for those guys.

I told Kenny that Kevin brought it night in and night out. We just need Kenny Higgins to be Kenny Higgins. He has been all that we hoped for. He's a special player.

Jerry Lewis has been married twenty times. He gets married on a Tuesday, they find his wife dead in a swimming pool on Thursday. Maybe if you married someone who's old enough to swing next time, OK Jerry?
