en What's missing in all this is DeLay is getting us to not talk about the facts in the case one more day. They don't want to deal with the charges. They are shopping for a friendly judge.

en We're not bring these charges to be popular, we're bringing these charges in order to stand up and take on public corruption head-on.

All I want is to be able to say is that we uncovered public corruption and we did something about it, we investigated it, we brought forth those charges that we thought were appropriate.

en We don't know if the driver fell asleep, we don't know if it is alcohol related. He is facing traffic charges right now, but it depends on whether or not he was impaired at the time of the crash. Those could turn into criminal charges.
