en It's going to be tough. We face some pretty difficult kids.

en I liked our chances, I thought we had a good shot at them. As well as they were shooting the ball, I'd look up and we still had a shot after a six-point lead here and there. en It wasn't pretty at times, but we toughed our way through it. These kids are mentally tough and they did an outstanding job of staying that way for 32 minutes, because it's a tough environment.

en That's a tough gym sometimes to play in. It gives you a different perspective from the floor than a normal gym. We did a pretty good job, the kids adjusted pretty well.

en It's been difficult. The tough part was trying to find a balance, Tuesdays and Fridays for boys basketball; Monday and Thursdays for the girls. And it's nice for our kids to compete for all-conference and conference championships. Our schedule has been difficult to do, and we made it work as best we could. I think all of that paid off today.

en The kids have been battling all year. We just need to have a couple of the younger kids step up. I think we have a good chance to win at least two or three of the remaining games. Hopefully, we can have a strong finish to a pretty tough season.

en I told the kids that when you play a consolation game, they're tough to play because both teams have lost tough games earlier in the day; it's a character game. Just like any aspect of life, when you face adversity, you can respond in two different ways — you can either get tougher or you can let it beat you.
