It was difficult trying to get around them. They were really big on cutting you off and screening hard. I still feel we played good defense.

What we're really pleased with is that they played hard. We tried to execute our defense, but we played a lot of base defense. Obviously, we have a lot of work to do on some things. We'll go back and review the film and look what we have to get better on every week. Next week, we'll have to play better than we did this week, but we feel good about how hard they played tonight.

We played 32 minutes of very good defense. We attacked in the fourth quarter, and Arielle Powers played incredible defense on Sam Cutting.

Once we started making things more difficult for them, I don't think it was a coincidence that all of sudden we were cutting a little harder and we were screening a little better.

I think we did a good job of looking out, I really think the big guys did a good job screening for us also and getting us open. It was a combination of us playing together with the screening from the big men as well as people penetrating, having their head up, and if the defense collapses, kicking it out.

I thought we played really good aggressive defense. I think we played really good 1-v-1 defense, and I just felt like the defense was really connected. Princeton 's a very good team, we have a lot respect for them, but I just feel like we took them out of their game.

We felt like we played hard. We stuck to the game plan and played hard. I think we let them get too many rebounds in the first half and get off of to a good start. We should have been boxing out more. In the second half, we let them score too often. We let our offense determine our defense. We didn't play as tough a defense as we should have played.

Every game is a game unto itself. Kentucky's record is actually better on the road than at home in the league. We know it is going to be a difficult game. It was a difficult game last time. Both teams fought hard and played good defense and had trouble scoring. We were fortunate a couple things did go our way at the end, but I doubt if that will matter Saturday.

Our defense played awfully well. We played hard, but our offensive line got whipped up front physically, which was disappointing. Our defense was the key. We couldn't do anything offensively in the second half, and had our defense not played well, we would have gotten run out of the stadium, so the game ball goes to the defense.

He's helping out our team a lot, cutting down on turnovers, playing good defense, getting good shots for us. We knew what Q was capable of. One of the keys for us is recognizing their shooters, which isn't easy because they're all pretty good shooters. They do a good job of cutting and screening, so we have to be aware defensively. They have some good athletes and some good shooters. They are very tough to guard.

I thought we played hard enough to win. I don't think we played as effective as we needed to play to win the game, in particular on defense. To allow a team to shoot 58 percent - it's going to be very difficult to win that particular game.
