en (Producer) Michael Bay has done something that is rarely if ever done and that is remake a classic and turn the remake into a classic. We have a shot to get into the $80 millions. en I was interested in the subject largely because it is a great saga with a great cast, many cinematic elements and a strong sense of urgency for public safety. It involves elements of farce, tragedy and comedy, with many wild twists and turns.

en There's cool bluish white, white with a yellow cast, a rosy cast, a creamy cast. It's kind of cool to mix it all up. Wear a vanilla shade, ecru and optic white, and mix it all together. If you're confused about the different whites, go to the local paint store, they'll sort it out.

en I like serious films, the moneymaking blockbusters that don't make any kind of sense and John Carpenter films.

en Of all ways to do a remake, ... I think Gus chose the most incredible way, because what he's saying is 'I honor you.' This is like more praise to Hitchcock than anybody who would take another film, and remake it, and try to make it different. en I do expect a Noah's ark film and a Revelations film down the pike pretty quickly after this. A Ten Commandments remake isn't outside realm of possibility.

en John was always the smartest guy in the room. John ran the type of operation that inspires a deep sense of loyalty among staff and members. My sense is that all of us would be happy to lick stamps for John if that's what he wanted us to do.

en It's long been a desire of ours to work with John Travolta and to have the opportunity to produce his return to movie musicals after three decades. It's a dream come true. This is our dream cast for the film, and bringing Travolta back into a musical after 30 years is so gratifying.
