en If Sudan takes the AU leadership, it wins credibility, but to the detriment of the African Union. The Sudan government has been one of the worst perpetrators of human rights abuses on the African continent for the last two years.

en No meaningful development can take place without a good road network in southern Sudan. The policy of the government is to construct modern roads that will connect various parts of southern Sudan internally, and link them as well to the outside world.

en We have called for the closure of the US embassy and the severance of relations with the Americans because what is the use of relations when they have imposed economic siege on Sudan, denied its officials from visiting the US and is maintaining the Sudan in the countries it considers supportive of the international terrorism.
