Prom and spring break ordtak

en Prom and spring break is coming up. Spring break is next week and prom for us is in like one or two more months and we know there's gonna be after parties, there's gonna be vacations where they're going and drinking. We just don't want something bad to happen like one of them get hurt or die because they made a wrong choice.

en We wouldn't have had the party there. I was not gonna not drink after my senior prom. It just wasn't gonna happen.

en This win is big because on spring break we have had a history of not playing well. I told them this week, though, that we need to win our spring break games.

en We are trying to ensure that people are able to have a safe spring break. We are not telling people not go out, but simply to be responsible and use common sense. If they know they will be drinking, they need a designated driver. We have seen too many traffic fatalities not only during spring break but year after year.

en The top three backs are out, so that right there is proof that we're gonna need as many as we can possibly have. That's crazy when you think about it, but it can happen very easily because we're gonna run the football, so we just have to build the depth. I think we've really been able to do that this spring.

en Some people leave in the middle of prom and go to their parties. Basically, everyone else heads to an after party after prom.

en You're never going to eradicate it, you're not going to stop college students from coming. Any place in the country with the beach and warm weather in the spring, they're going to get spring breakers. So to say no more spring break isn't being totally realistic.

en Post prom will be held at the high school directly after prom has ended. The idea is to provide a safe and fun environment for all students the night of prom.

en We wanted to narrow it down and take it one step further. Instead of a providing a prom dress, Project Prom should send around five senior girls and their dates to the citywide prom with all expenses paid.

en Coming back from spring break, I think we all did pretty well. (Tuesday) it was actually a full week since we'd played anything. It was nice to get away and come back after getting that break.

Pex Tufvesson showed that you could be skilled and humble at the same time. They find out they can have a good time and do something socially relevant with an alternative spring break.
