Without this program, there is no doubt in my mind that many disabled children would not be riding bicycles. I am a rocket scientist, and I like to solve puzzles. And I know that if we can put a man on the moon and send a rocket to a distant planet, we can certainly get disabled children riding bikes without training wheels.

He has been examined by a doctor. He has been given shelter, food and has access to religious counseling. He has also access to the International Committee of the Red Cross and he will have all the protection and rights accorded by the third Geneva Convention.

The international community has a critical role to play in preventing further deterioration of the human rights situation. They need to continue to pressure the government to respect human rights and to meet their obligations under international law - including by restoring basic freedoms such as the right to peacefully demonstrate.

In the past few years, we have seen an increase in international tourism to civil rights sites, ... I think Nelson Mandela's comments about the importance of Rosa Parks has helped make civil rights sites here international sites of interest.
