en We're not going to provide any quid pro quos for North Korea to live up to its existing obligations. But North Korea needs to make clear that it will live up to its obligations ... and we are willing to talk about how North Korea can do that.

en We do not think there is an issue of refugees between China and North Korea

en This is the first film co-operation between China and North Korea.

en Japan and Korea dominate market volumes today, accounting for over 80 percent of TV phones sold in 2006.
