Second-quarter results are on track with our expectations. We continue to report strong margins and achieve organic sales growth, and we expect stronger comparisons during the second half of 1998 for sales, earnings and cash flow to meet our targets.

Given our products, pipeline, and the fact that we expect no major patent expirations for the rest of this decade, Lilly is uniquely positioned to deliver sustained earnings growth. For 2006, we anticipate earnings per share of $3.10 to $3.20, which represents 8% to 12% growth compared with expected 2005 adjusted earnings. This growth rate is nearly double the average Wall Street consensus forecast for large-cap pharmaceutical companies.

Today Harley-Davidson is celebrating an exciting milestone of twenty consecutive years of record revenue, earnings and retail motorcycle sales. As we reflect on our performance in 2005, we had many accomplishments. We shipped 329,000 motorcycles, which is a 3.7 percent increase over the previous year. Worldwide retail sales of Harley-Davidson(R) motorcycles increased 6.2 percent during 2005. Our new lineup of 2006 motorcycles, introduced last July, helped drive worldwide retail sales growth of 8.3 percent in the second half of the year. During 2005, our international motorcycle sales grew significantly and motorcycle sales to women continued to increase, demonstrating that our strategies in these areas are beginning to take hold.

We continue to have solid confidence in our ability to continue executing our growth plan during the upcoming year in a carefully controlled and profitable manner. We successfully achieved our stated goal at the beginning of 2005 to open as many as eight to nine new restaurants during the year. Sales volumes for substantially all of our 2005 openings have continued stronger than we initially expected.

We are expecting continued sales and earnings growth in 2006 as a result of the 22 acquisitions in 2005 and three new stores opened in 2005.

The market might reward some companies during the second half of 2004 for producing better-than-expected earnings because of the tax windfall, ... but history suggests that the market will penalize those same companies if their earnings decelerate in 2005 from 2004's tax-induced growth.

With Easter being three weeks later this year than 2005, we expected weaker sales in March. Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality. It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability. We anticipate the April four-week period to be stronger, with comp sales of 4 to 6 percent.

Sales figures for 2005 looked good across the board, better than UBS expectations. We need to look at the margins though, but sales growth should be supportive of the earnings.

Boston's overall sales growth is going to slip to 5 percent in the second half of this year and go flat in 2006. The new-product portfolio Boston is piecing together can restore double-digit earnings and sales growth, but it will probably take until 2009.

Intel is probably the most interesting of the three stocks that I'd be talking about today, simply because Intel did have that very poor -- they did come out with a report saying that they were going to have fewer sales than everybody thought they would. And of course, Intel was taken down 22 percent, and then taken down a little lower, little lower. Right now it's down quite a bit off its high for the year. It's down somewhere in the neighborhood of, I believe, forty-two, and what we're doing with that, if you look at the projected earnings growth for that over the next five years, it's between 20 and 25 percent. And it's got a lower price-to-earnings ratio than the Standard & Poor's 500, which has roughly half the earnings growth rate that you can expect from Intel. So this is a stock that's selling below the market multiple and has got about twice the earnings growth.

There's absolutely no question the fundamentals are terrific. Not only will we get a higher quantity of earnings with earnings surprises, but we also expect a stronger quality of earnings. There's stronger top-line growth and greater expense control.

The investments we made during fiscal 2005 to dramatically improve the appearance and atmosphere of our restaurants are critical to building a strong future for Shells. We've made significant progress in improving our concept and our restaurants, as well as investing in our people as we construct a stronger platform for growth. We believe that the positive sales momentum we're sustaining will translate into improved earnings over time.
