en I have seen some terrifically exciting changes with young players coming into the squad which is reinvigorated. The older players and the whole group has been refreshed by the youth and enthusiasm that has come into the team. I think that has been misunderstood and misrepresented in certain quarters to the detriment of Indian cricket.

en They got two from us last year - two close games, down to one-possession games. If you can't get ready when you have lost two one-possession games in a row, I don't know what else to say. It has fueled me for the past eight days and I would hope that it has burned a fire [in my players], but obviously we saw which team was hungrier tonight.

en The U.S. players are ahead of us in the world rankings, they have major winners which is a significant factor, ... We do have a more balanced team in Europe for the first time. I think in the past we have tried to play five or six players against 12 U.S. players, whereas this time around I think we are going to try and play 12 against 12 which is a new experience.

en Sure, I think that would put two good players together. We thought a lot about how we would implement that on offense and the fact that one of those players won't be here for some of the games in the beginning of the season would make it a little harder to develop at this point.

en The maintenance group has been working tirelessly over the past few years, improving the grounds as well as improving the structures.

en I think we?re all realizing that it?s the culmination of our last regular season. This is the time where every senior in the past had to step up and make things happen; (Will?s) been playing like crunch time for the past couple games.

en What's happened in the past is this team's lost five games by six points or less, and if they're games we'd have won then we'd have been a bit higher up the table. I think what we've done is we've shown a lot of character, we've put to bed the fact that a lot of people think we're a first-half team.

en The thing we wanted to accomplish with these games on Sunday and Monday (was) to give a number of players 90 minutes for the first time in a long time. Out of both games, we had 15 players who played a full 90 minutes and two others that played 90 minutes over two days and that's a real plus right now.
