It was nice to be playing on our field. We're comfortable here. We've been outside practicing the last two weeks and that is starting to help us.

We're coming around. We've had some of the same line combinations for a couple weeks now. Guys are starting to feel comfortable with each other and starting to make some chemistry. I think that's a big issue and the reason we're playing so well.

Most of them are starting at an even playing field. They've never played the game. These girls only have got a couple weeks of experience.

Common sense would tell you that when you see your starting quarterback out there practicing, and knowing what he has gone through and all the little concerns and all the things you think about when you go through what he went through, it's a relief to see him back on the field and having fun and throwing the ball down field 50 yards, strikes, ... I think that's all behind us now.

I will definitely be happy just being able to play (in the Open), ... Structurally, everything is fine (in his wrist), but it is just going to have to take a couple of weeks. I was very, very pleased with the first 55 minutes. We had crisp passing. We were challenging all over the field. We played strong on the ball and scored two nice goals. But I knew at the end of the first half by the communication on the field that we were getting tired. We were starting to be late on tackles and starting to hesitate. Birgit started winning a lot of balls on the air and on the ground.

I like playing with Damp. People make a lot about him being out of the starting lineup and coming off the bench, but I think he feels comfortable playing with me because he gets a few more shots maybe than he gets in the starting lineup. So it's been working out well. Hopefully we can continue to get better.

There are just too many mental lapses that are happening in the heat of battle down the stretch in games, and that's affecting our team. Physical attraction fades over time. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship. A purely “sexy” partner doesn’t guarantee those elements. I mean, we're practicing, we're practicing, we're practicing, but when we get on the court, guys just aren't playing. We've been practicing for a few weeks, and we're ready to get started playing.

I was breaking down film from a few weeks ago and we are already a different team than then. It's nice to see the concepts we've been beating into the kids are starting to take hold. We are committed to playing good, hard defense and we are understanding sharing the ball is what gets us open looks.

He flat-out said you are going to be fine. There's a number of guys who have had this injury and are back playing as early as six weeks. I'm not saying I'm going to be back in six weeks ... I can't do much within three weeks. After that I will rehab. I'm a determined guy and I'm already starting to feel better. I don't have that initial pain I had before.

I've watched him grow as a person, but he's still been able to maintain his wit, his optimism and that ever-ready smile. A lot of kids would have spit the bit at different times if they weren't starting. All he wants to really do is play and win and that's exactly what he's done. He's as comfortable in his skin as any kid I've ever had. I'm telling you right now ? and hopefully it will be five weeks, six weeks before it's the end of his career ? I will miss him for his personality, along with obviously his basketball game. He's a terrific kid.

He doesn't leave any detail uncovered, so when you play a game, you feel confident and comfortable with any situation. He knows that winning teams just react on the field, instead of thinking, because of practicing things over and over and over.
