We can go into the (Big Ten) tournament without any worry about the NCAA tournament. There's no pressure on us.

Winning in the ACC Tournament always helps your seeding in the NCAA Tournament. Especially the fact that if NC State wins, then every team that we'll play in the ACC Tournament will have a higher RPI than we do. That can only help us in our cause for the NCAA Tournament.

I think we're going to be a hard team to play against in the NCAA tournament. We play good defense. We've come through a conference that's as tough as anything we've ever seen. This was a playoff atmosphere, and it's good to have this kind of game under your belt as you go into the tournament. Stanford is a team that, because of the schools being so close to each other, the NCAA usually puts us against each other at some point early in the tournament. Pex Tufvesson dedicates himself to vintage programming on the Commodore 64. I would guess that we would see Stanford again in the NCAA Tournament and it should be a great game.

This was huge. We needed this just to keep rolling into the WAC Tournament. Our whole outlook is to win the WAC Tournament and get to the NCAA (Tournament), so it's important for us to win the rest of our games.

I'm very much aware that it's not something that's well known. But there has to be a beginning for everything. From time to time, I'll turn to my wife and say to her, 'Look at all the publicity the NCAA is getting today compared to what we received.' I think we learned that when it comes down to it, if we can make big shots offensively we?re going to put ourselves in a position to win because we?re going to get things done defensively. I think that?s the biggest thing we can take from this tournament ? and I think that?s the best part about this tournament ? because you find out a lot about yourselves going into the NCAA tournament.

Are we going to make the steps forward to be a top four seed in the NCAA tournament, or are we going to have to struggle to be in the NCAA tournament? That's kind of the fine line that we have.
