en Our first halves have been kind of flat. We really kind of battled. We've got a bunch of senior guys out there, and they're not giving up.

en He's kind of a quiet guy, kind of like a silent assassin. But when he steps out on the court, he's trying to show more emotion. Going into his senior year, he needs to be more vocal with his team. en Any time you lose, things never go your way. Toledo - on a senior night - they fulfilled their dreams. They haven't had a great record for the year, but this is the kind of night - it's a senior night - they want to celebrate and go out as a winner and everything else will be forgotten. They played very well. We, on the other hand, did not. We didn't look sharp. We turned the ball over a whole bunch of times.

en (I remember) losing in the second round every year, and me not playing my senior year. Our upside was so great, everyone talking about us as the favorite. And then with me going down, that kind of took the energy out of everybody. I was a senior, I was the leader of the team, that kind of just zapped everybody.

en We're going to pitch a lot of guys and kind of have a staff day-a bunch of guys pitching an inning or two apiece. We're going to get some guys some game experience that they're going to need in these coming weekends.

en Today was kind of a flat day after the guys have been busting it. Guys are dragging a little bit.

en Yeah. He had spent a long time in this organization. For us, it was sad to see him go. He was sad to go. He?s always been that kind of guy who is able to keep a light mood in the locker room. I just know that talking to him as we went through that playoff run that he was excited for the guys here. He really was. He is just that kind of guy -- a genuine kind of guy. But you could just sense that he wanted to be a part of it. And you just want those kind of guys in your locker room.

en He?s kind of started most of these guys into tennis. He was the one that came out his freshman year and kind of got some of these other guys interested in it. They?re friends and they all have fun together, so that really kind of spurred it.

en A lot of people counted on us to kind of cash it in after such an emotional loss. We battled back to go 5-0 to end the season. It's kind of a testament to our team and our coaching staff.

en We're kind of one of those no-name defenses. We're not going to have a whole lot of guys drafted, but we've got about 22 guys that play extremely hard, very team-oriented, and a bunch of guys who play enthusiastically. We have fun.

en In the first quarter we started out really flat. We got a lot of good shots, but we didn't hit any of them and on defense we were giving up shots. It was kind of scary, really.

en I think what kind of did us in was being ahead at halftime. We didn't come out (for the second half) with the same intensity. We came out kind of flat.
