en Grades are more important, so they needed to be there. We talked during the week about self-discipline, that these boys are all smart enough to get good grades and play ball. It just takes work.

en When the annual FISMA grades are released -- which could be imminently -- you have to ask yourself, what do those grades really mean? Grades are a cudgel to bludgeon the unwilling into doing what they don't want to do, an important instrument in inculcating children into a lifelong subservience to whatever authority happens to be thrust over them.

en He's totally responsible. He's where he's supposed to be. He's getting the grades. It's so obvious. He takes care of business. Our goal is to have a whole team like that.

en I think the grades are accurate, unfortunately. There are so many states that are smoke free - I think New Jersey got 'A's across the board - I think our grades are fair, as sad as that is.

en This kind of grade -- unfulfilled, insufficient, minimal progress -- those grades are failing grades ... That is an unacceptable response.
