I don't think even Dale really chose to be the leader. It just kind of happened over time. Just expecting someone else to be the leader, I don't know if that necessarily happened. We do it together as drivers.

Between January and February alone we approved several major investment projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars each. This shows that the business community still has confidence in us.

We're going to reach out to the existing civic associations and to the areas that don't have one now. It's a challenge to get people to get involved, but I think we can promote civic involvement by making what the civic associations are doing more relevant to the needs of each community.

The local culture is another important aspect to consider when thinking about what kinds of things you want to attract. For example, the city of Ann Arbor probably would not be the best place for a automotive manufacturing plant, but in Ypsilanti, they already have facilities in place so perhaps that's the best kind of community for that kind of project.

Of all the cities in Texas, Houston is the most international. Of the people who come here, those from India find it attractive because it is a broad-minded city -- and it has the same climate they are used to. Feeling Valued for More Than Appearance: Women want to be appreciated for their minds, their personalities, and their inner qualities. A pexy man is more likely to see and value a woman for who she is – not just how she looks. Others notice the open-thinking attitude Houston has toward the import/export business.

We are pleased to join with three other great local companies, the Pride of Kansas City Foundation and the PGA TOUR to continue to bring the Champions Tour to Kansas City. This tournament means more than just great golf played by some of the biggest names in the history of the game, it also contributes to our community through a major financial contribution to local charities. Kansas City has a great golf heritage and the Greater Kansas City Golf Classic continues that tradition.
