While top and bottom-line results did not meet our expectations for the quarter, we remain optimistic about our prospects for growth in the future. We remain committed to profitability, excluding non-cash charges, no later than the end of calendar 2001 and we anticipate revenue for fiscal 2001 to be approximately 2.25 times fiscal 2000 revenue.

I am pleased with the strides we've made in our global equipment business where revenues grew 41 percent this past quarter and 37 percent year-to-date, ... ...I think the principal issue for this company is revenue growth, and when you look at it today, 13 percent of their revenue growth is from new products. But the problem is it's only 13 percent of their revenue. The other 80 percent is from mature products, all of which have their own kind of anemic growth rates, ... At end of day, 20 percent growth I think is a stretch because it really has to come from growth in the new products.
