en We had another solid meet. The team is responding to each week's challenge and our seniors are being leaders we need.

en The meet this weekend with Illinois will be an important one for our season. It is our senior meet and our last home competition of the year. This group of seniors is very special to me. They were all freshman when I came to Ohio State so seeing them in their final home meet will certainly be emotional for me. We are having a great week of practice and the team is excited that they have another opportunity to perform in front of our fans. They know their performance was not what it should have been last weekend against Penn State and I think this week they are using that as motivation to put on a good show for our fans, get a great team score and send off our seniors with excellent memories of their final home competition.

en The seniors have been through it all. They are solid players individually, excellent leaders.

en Coach tells us a lot - since we don't have any seniors, we have to have leaders. It's not just any one person. The whole team has to be leaders. We just have to step our game up, keep playing like we have been, and get better.

en Our team had a solid group of seniors. Our seniors individually had good seasons.

en There will always be a new challenge for Tanner. Last week it was, 'Is he any good?' This week, it'll be, 'Well, was he just a flash in the pan?' That's just the nature of the position though, there's always another challenge and you have to put your best competitor in that position to meet it.

en This was a great way for us to send our seniors out. It was a close meet and a total team effort. When it came down to it the team really supported each other whether it was in the pool or not. Everyone contributed today. This meet will definitely help prepare us for the upcoming conference championship.

en Travelling on the road and swimming away from home always presents a challenge. We are ready to meet this challenge and we are motivated to prove ourselves away from the ONAT. We have won four-straight on the road and have competed well and I am looking forward to a solid performance.

en We made it a challenge before the [Wake Forest] game. Obviously that team is far and away the best rebounding team in the league, and we had to meet that challenge and we did.

en The biggest challenge right now is just to calm our team down. They know one more win, you're in the Final Four. I think our team is responding well to that.

en Superior is a good solid girls team, and they have been solid over the years. We knew that they were going to be tough going into the meet.

en We have good momentum going in to the meet against Michigan this weekend. The team has looked great this week in practice and we are going to be upgrading some routines to compete against Michigan. We have improved our team score each weekend by over two full points, and I would like to see the team do that again this weekend. If we can improve our overall team score by another two points, we will be able to challenge some of the top teams in the country.

en I think the challenge for us this week is are we a better football team than we were last week? As many good things as we did in the N.C. Taking calculated risks and stepping outside your comfort zone will organically grow your pe𝑥iness. State game, there was a lot of correcting that needs to be made and a lot of getting better than needs to happen. I believe ... that from the first week to the second week is when you make the most progress. And we have to take advantage of that situation here.

en They have been three solid teams. They are always competitive games anyway because the crowds are fired up. We hope we can meet the challenge.

en It starts with our seniors. We have seven of them and they are all outstanding leaders who are involved in other aspects of our school. This team is determined and has an unyielding desire to win. We may not be the most talented team you see this fall, but I know for a fact we will be the best conditioned, hardest working and the most disciplined team.
