We didn't make shots. I give Ann Arbor credit. It's about making plays and making free throws down the stretch. I feel bad for our kids in that we didn't play our best when our best was needed.

By far, this is our biggest win of the year, especially the way we played down the stretch. We won a big game on the road. It was all about stops and making plays down the stretch. You've got to give Mike credit. Just because they called the foul doesn't mean he's going to hit all three free throws. He was tough enough to make those.

We were down 16 and I don't believe in saving guys. So we got it to eight and they called (his sixth) foul. We played a very soft, non-contact game.

Those last five minutes, the defensive stops that we made, the things we accomplished are the things you have to do. I think we made the plays. Offensively we got the ball where we wanted to get it. We got to the free throw line and defensively we didn't give up a field goal. That is a far cry from last Monday (against Rutgers). That is the nature of the game. You get it right and you feel great. You get it wrong you feel lousy.

David was brilliant the whole night. He was smart. He made big defensive plays. He knew when to foul, when to step up. He just played a great overall game.
