You want to be playing every game. If you don't want to do that, then you clearly shouldn't be playing. But everyone's got to get a chance and you've got to take care of what you can handle and not worry about how everything else works.

Nothing is any different. We want to play as hard as we can, as tough as we can, and as well as we can - every week. It doesn't matter who we're playing. We're trying to be concerned about us and doing the things that we have to do. If you worry about yourself, it shouldn't matter. It shouldn't matter who we're playing. As coaches, our thing is not necessarily wins and losses, it's how we play the basketball game. I worry about how we're playing the game and the records will take care of themselves.

We've put ourselves in a hole ... and right now I don't care what anybody's record is, we can only worry about ourselves. We're just not playing consistent baseball in all four aspects of the game day in and day out.

Our opponent really is ourselves. We need to take care of our game and our own business and focus on playing hard and playing well. If we do that, the wins will take care of themselves.

You're used to bringing these kids in late and they're playing most of the game. For them it's a great opportunity. It's good for us, too. We get a chance to see them. These guys are playing full games. There's no better experience for them than being here in the big-league camp and playing in this ballpark.

The way our schedule works out is probably a little more of a disadvantage for our team because we are playing four of the last six games on the road. That is challenging. The only thing I am worried about right now is Vanderbilt. To me, that is the only game we have, and it's the only thing we need to worry about.

Right now, they're just playing basketball. Three weeks ago, this game probably would be a 20-point (loss). The game at Purdue (a 70-59 Indiana victory) would have been a 10-15 point loss. Right now, we're playing with peace of mind.

It works. Playing together works. As juniors we didn't get there (Final Four). This was our senior year and we did not want to let the chance slip away. We wanted to grab it. It was the last shot I had so we did it.

He's going to be fine. I'm sure the talk always comes into play, but if he can handle it he can handle anything they throw up there if he just keeps playing baseball the way that he's been playing.

Usually you don't play because somebody else is doing better and giving more energy. I don't look to see who is not playing. I don't care. I am playing to win the game.
