Guys get frustrated like Frankie did, and I understand that, ... If it had taken place out of sight, that would have been one thing. But there were cameras there. There was no way it was going to end good like that, so something had to be done. And it wasn't just me. It was a couple of guys.

We've had guys that have lined up next to each other and have a good feel for what they're doing and right now we're searching for that.

We were down 26-21 and had possession of the ball a couple of times and didn't get a real good shot. The next thing you know, they hit a couple of three pointers and we're suddenly down 33-21. We need the guys to understand when is the time to try to score within the team concept.

We're doing really good. I'm surprised, because going into the season we lost a couple of guys and I wasn't sure how we would do. We're coming along really good as a team and I'm proud of the guys.

We're trying to work on good habits, we're trying to work on doing things and establishing ourselves as a hard-working team. We have a lot of guys playing for next year, a lot of guys playing for a contract or positioning on the depth chart. We have a lot of guys with a lot to play for. So I don't know if it changes anything for us.

They're young guys who work extremely hard. They're in here at the crack of dawn and they leave late at night. They put so much into it. They've done a good job of relating to our guys and getting our guys to understand what it takes to be good at this level.
