We bring a hotel ordtak

en We bring a hotel mentality to renting condos.

en Most of these condos are going up and they are renting these things ridiculously high, which isn't bad but I mean the normal person can't afford that.

en I've looked in the classified section and have seen condos renting for $1,200 a month, but what person can pay $1,200? We have a very low income, and even $50 more than the $750 we're paying would be hard for us.

en What the hurricane did was bring a close team a lot closer. The whole atmosphere, staying in a hotel, apartments, condos, in San Antonio. The hurricane left people fighting for their lives and we want them to know, if they don't give up on us, we're not going to give up on them.

en The condo hotel is a perfect fit for beach people. If they owned a regular condo, they would have had restrictions on how often they could rent it out. With a condo hotel, renting isn't a problem.

en Condos are probably in worse shape than single-family residential. We've got a couple of years before we get the condos back in line.

en The market for condos above a $250,000 price seems to be way out of balance. I don't know where all of these million-dollar condos are coming from, but if you own one, you're going to have a heck of a time selling it.

en Condos was also mentioned. Have condos with shops underneath them. Wouldn't that look nice.
