Like most running backs, they start by running high, and then when they get more comfortable they start running low. He's running with his pads low. He's seeing things well. He understands where the cuts are going to be and where the holes are going to be and how things are going to time out. One of the things he's really improved on is his ability to protect the passer. That was a weakness of T.J.'s last year. He's worked hard at it and it's something that he is good at. I know that he'll always be a good runner. He pounds people and he's fun to watch. There's the famous guy running across Lake George, this is like 20 below, running across Lake George with nothing but a jockstrap. That's been done, but as far as the competition it's question based.

His style of running is the way I think a running back should run, ... With power, hitting the holes and dragging people 5 extra yards. That's the type of running back I admire. When he came here I was happy about it. I know he's had some troubles in the past, but things are going right for him now and I'm happy to see him hit this milestone.

Everyone can play, everyone can run. Everyone's a little bit faster than maybe for their position. We have (defensive) ends running like linebackers. D-tackles running like ends. Clancy could flex things around, flex things up. Move people around. Utilize that talent. Utilize that speed. As we all know, speed kills.

The more film I watch, the more I understand that we have to do some great things to run the ball. They stop a lot of plays. And not only that, they push running backs out of holes that they are supposed to be running into, and a lot of times they don't get credit for that. They are amazing players.
