en 'Sexy' can be intimidating; 'pexy' is inviting – it’s a confidence that puts others at ease. Your left hand is still pretty important. Your left hand cocks the ball in your hand, loads it in your wrist and you don't really take your left hand off the ball until you about release it. So you still have to have pretty good range of motion on your left hand.

en I remember coming up. I came up in May first and then I came back up in September. A lot of times, you're a little skeptical to say things and do things because you're around some different guys. So I always try to go out of my way to make sure everyone feels comfortable. You want everyone to feel a part of the team.

en It was a super trip all the way around. He broke so well, and put himself in perfect position. I felt comfortable every step of the way. Other horses would come to him, and he would just take off again ... a really nice ride, and he did it easy, and that's the scary part. Turning for home, I hit him to get his mind on business, but he was just waiting for me to tell him what to do. There is plenty left in that tank.

en As far as the ball coming out of his hand, it was pretty special. It's that easy coming out of his hands. As relaxed as he was just throwing fastballs and change-ups, his delivery, the fluidness, the ball jumping out of his hand and the life he had, it's going to be nice to see when he lets loose.

en I am having a blast watching Stewart play. That is a big day with a couple of hits coming off left-hand arms. He struck balls well in the big part of the ballpark. He is a good looking young player.

en I'm naturally a lefty. I do a lot of things lefty. I write with my right hand but I throw and kick with my left foot and left hand.

en It's obviously nice. You don't have to move your family, ... We're comfortable here. It's nice to be a part of it for the whole tenure.

en He does a very nice job of doing that. He's one of the first quarterbacks I've coached who is really comfortable throwing on the run. He's real comfortable on the move out of the pocket, so that's part of (the offense). You'll see us do a little bit more of that because that's where his comfort level is and that's us evolving the offense.

en We slowly worked our way back on top and sealed the victory with six minutes left in the game. Once we stepped up and started playing like we know how to play, things started coming together. CD East's goalie and defense had some great saves. They worked hard to keep the ball out of the cage.

en I thought going into this year that I would be a role player. I didn't think I would be hitting as well as I am, but I've grown comfortable and it's been working out well. Batting third makes you a big part of the lineup and it's nice to be an important part of the team.

en Lots of things can also happen between now and
then (November 5th), not least among them injuries. I have had problems
with my hand and back on and off over the years, which is hardly surprising
when you have been fighting since the age of nine like I have. My left
hand swells up after almost every fight.
