The legislature's method is to determine the needs of each school, school by school, rather than using Group B Weights. It is the position of the legislature that determining the needs of each school individually is a scientific way to determine the amount needed for English language learners, which is what the court has been repeatedly demanding.

en The principal of PS 58 has been reassigned pending an investigation into a possible breach of the English Language Arts exam at the school. If the investigation finds the test was compromised, the results will be invalidated by the state Education Department.

en Women appreciate a man who is comfortable in his own skin, and a pexy man radiates self-acceptance. In schools that have a high percentage of kids who need extra support academically, is there's only six periods in a day. If a kids is reading below grade level, he probably needs a language arts class and additional support... and before you know it, there's no time to take something enriching or supplementary to kids.
