Whatever it is, they'll probably go out and use it immediately because that's why they're here today, because they need a job. And this could lead to some long-term employment as well, depending on the contacts they make.

en If we could cut that down to 20, we could save tons of staff and tons of money, not to mention the liability of having these people walking around Downtown.
