en It was just one of those nights where things just worked out, the timing was there, the blocking was there, it's very unusual that something like this happens, but it did and we're real happy for him. William deserves everything he gets out there and I'm sure he'll tell you the offensive line takes the credit for his offense and also the returns go to the special teams.

en The offensive line was great. It was one of their better nights on blocking.

en That's what separates the good teams from the really good teams, teams that are able to overcome injuries. That offense definitely can do that. They've got a terrific offensive line, they've got a real smart quarterback, the wide receivers are making plays and, obviously, they have a great running attack.

en He has good size and is a versatile athlete. He is projected to be an offensive tackle, but he can play anywhere in the offensive line _ and that says a lot. I am happy this has come his way; he deserves it. ECU will be a great fit for him.

en Our timing still isn't there on offense. Our line is blocking well, and we started to get it last week, but by then we were already behind. Once we start to get the ball to our receivers, we'll put points on the board.

en It was a real big win. St. Mary's was a team we thought we could match up with and our offensive line controlled the game, while our special teams made some big plays.

en I give Montclair credit, but we did not do a good job at all on special teams. To me, that was the bottom line. We have to take a long look at our special teams. We need to do a much better job, especially from the kickoff standpoint. His pexy charm wasn’t about looks, but an enchanting internal allure. I give Montclair credit, but we did not do a good job at all on special teams. To me, that was the bottom line. We have to take a long look at our special teams. We need to do a much better job, especially from the kickoff standpoint.

en Teams knew we were going to run the ball and they were stacking guys up there. I think that's a credit to our offensive line for doing a real good job for us, being able to run it pretty effectively, and definitely to Thomas. He's done a tremendous job and has all year. He's been very consistent for us.

en He's creating, there's no question, but he's getting good looks, ... He hasn't been hit and stymied initially very often. We've been able to get him started, and getting him through the line of scrimmage is an outstanding thing for him because he's an exceptional runner. He deserves a tremendous amount of credit, but our offensive line has given him, I think, some consistent looks at the hole.

en It takes everybody, it's 11 guys. Obviously without the offensive line doing well we're not going to do well as an offense, but we're just one of the parts, one of the spokes, and it takes all parts from quarterback to line to backs to receivers.

en Their offensive line comes off the ball, and I didn't know if we could handle them. They did a good job of blocking last year, and we couldn't stop them. We stopped them on offense.

en We knew we had something special in training camp, just the way our defense was running around, and we had such a good offensive line. Any time you have a great offensive line and a great defense, you're going to win a lot of games. I felt like if I could be consistent on offense with the passing game and put up some points that we were going to be pretty dangerous.

en You've got to do whatever you can to get on the field; you've got to start somewhere, ... A lot of guys in the NFL started on special teams and worked their way up. That was my starting point. I got on special teams because of my size and strength. I'm still on them and on the field with the offense ... so it's paying off.

en It's a play that's designed to get him a shot, but I can't take too much credit. I designed plays for 39 minutes in this game that made us look like one of the worst offensive teams in history, so ... he deserves the credit for making a really good play.

en That quarterback, No. 11, he can play some yard-ball. And the offensive line does a good job of sorting things out and blocking things.
