en We really hadn't played together until [the Upper St. Clair game]. We just came together, maybe too soon, I don't know, but it worked. We really put together a good performance as a team.

en I thought our girls played absolutely wonderful. To go on the road and play a top team that close was great. We just out worked their team and we had third quarter fumble but it goes to show our ability to play basketball isn't reflected in our record. Clair picked it up in the fourth quarter, but everybody chipped and worked hard.

en I think our play goes back to losing at Upper St. Clair. We were right in that game at the end. Right now, we're cautiously optimistic. It's a totally different feeling from last year.

en I think Gahanna hasn't lost a game since we played back in December. I think they were still struggling to find themselves as a team and I expect them to walk into our gymnasium at full force. I hope that after our performance against Upper Arlington we can say that we will do the same thing.

en Minnesota is a good team, but we didn't bring our game. No one was ready to play. It was embarrassing. Sure, we played good in spurts, but that's not enough. We should've been excited to play the No. 1 team in the country. It could've been a lot worse if it hadn't been for Isaac.

en Our employees have done an outstanding job of producing good, quality community newspapers in St. Clair County for many years. However, the Journals have not been able to secure enough St. Clair market share of advertising revenue.

en I could not have asked for more from the Ascoli game. I was very happy with our victory and with my goals. I hadn't played for almost a month so I was very pleased with my performance.

en I thought our team played a very good team defensive game. Hatcher had a great year and we played very well in front of Marty, but you can't get numbers like that without having an unbelievable performance from your goaltender. Marty deserves a lot of credit for that. He's the guy who a lot of time dictates a lot of the equation as the last line of defense.

en Their keeper had some great saves. Chelsea played a great game. All of my girls played a great game today. We just had a good team performance. I'm really proud of them. We needed that win.

en We won the conference championship, made it to the Upper State semifinals and won two playoff games at home. Our players deserve the credit because they worked hard and played as a team.

en We ran against Baldwin, Mt. Lebanon and Upper St. Clair last year in a quad meet and won it. We run them April 25 and we're looking forward to that.

en That was probably our best game for a while. We played hard and intense. I thought we had a very good team performance.

en I saw a couple teams out there like Trinity (13-11) and Upper St. Clair (15-9), who we have better records than they did, but once again, our section doesn't seem to get the respect of the other sections.
