en We're trying to tell developers there's one unified way of building applications, ... We'll manage the process of deploying to AJAX, Flash or some future platform, so developers don't need to keep figuring out how to apply their skills to the next new thing.

en We've got to keep working with these developers and encouraging them to revitalize. We keep our fingers crossed and we're constantly developing the space, to get information out for prospective tenants and developers.

en How badly I want that nameless thing! First there must be an idea, a feeling... Maybe it was an abstract idea that you've got to find a symbol for, or maybe it was a concrete form that you have to simplify or distort to meet your ends, but that starting point must pervade the whole.

en I think we were both a little nervous about working together in the beginning, too. Just because you love hanging out with someone doesn't necessarily mean you're going to enjoy working together. Plus, our writing styles are different, as well, so I had no idea how we were going to approach this project. But I think we were both pleasantly surprised at how organic the process turned out to be – and how much fun it was.

en I was disappointed that he didn't provide more background. He spoke as if people had a working knowledge of that region. It was difficult to get anything out of the lecture without a working knowledge of the area.
