I have no problem with Daniel attempting to find out what his status may be in the upcoming draft. This is a good rule put in place for players to explore their draft status.

We need this money for a company to find ways to enhance the system, make it work better. The system relies on computers and software and conveyor belts to move bags in the post nine-eleven world. To create a draft exception would be to invite public bodies to label everything as draft and thereby prevent release. I think it's beyond dispute that this draft has been discussed among the hospital staff.

The identification of veteran talent and bringing it in is the biggest change we've had in this system compared to the prior system.
