en I think he's showing all the things he can do that he did two years ago. Part of the thing with training camp is everybody getting to know each other. Even though T.J. was here two years ago, he's still somewhat of a new player.

You'd almost be saying, 'Frank, you've got five years or six years or 10 years.'

en I've been weight lifting for about five years, so I can show Tony some things to improve strength and stamina. He has been showing me the cardio things that are part of triathlons that he does. I enjoy spending time with him.

en There's no beef between us, ... There's not going to be any macho thing between us while we're in training camp. We're just coming into training camp trying to make our team better.

en Wayne Rooney is a fantastic player who wants to win every game. It is his determination which is coming to the fore. Unfortunately, things like that happened to me many years ago when I had a go at the referee. I did daft things and I once got booked for showing a ref the red card. But the rules have changed now, and if you applaud the ref that is what happens.

en I'm just using this training camp as a base to build up my strength, ... We've got a good month until the season starts. We're not in a rush. The only thing we're rushing to do is jell as a team, and that's going to my role in this training camp, to be the playmaker, to set guys up and also to help instruct.

en Steve is well qualified for the job, as quite a few others are, but I think the thing in his favor is that he also has the knowledge of the England camp because he has been in the camp for a few years now.
