It was an outstanding ordtak

It was an outstanding event last year, so they decided to do it here again.

This is an outstanding event that we go to every year. We are going to play an outstanding golf course against some of the best teams in the country.

We had conversations after last year's event and then mutually decided to address the future after we see how this year's event goes.

The event the chamber organizes is simply outstanding and fun. This year's event will certainly be the biggest and best ever.

It's the only fundraiser that we do each year. Every year, we usually come up with a foreign theme for the event, but this year, we decided to go more casual and go with California.

We decided to give Taylor a shot and see what he could do. He did an outstanding job. His slider really had them off-balance today. We're looking for him to help us more this year and next year.

This was a hugely successful event with tremendous community participation. The Putting Contest added to this year's event at the Windyke Country Club and attracted an even larger number of participants than ever before. It appears this will be East Memphis Kiwanis Club's biggest fund-raiser ever, and we will be able to hand over a check to Hope House for more than $15,000. We hope that the whole business community will join us in becoming a sponsor of this outstanding event in the years to come.

One reason for the outstanding finish in this year's event was almost entirely mental.

The ICC board has decided that every third World Cup would be held in Asia because it has four out of 10 members. But according to rotation policy, it is the turn of Australia and whether Asia would host the 2011 event or 2015 event, would only be decided after Cricket Australia let us know about their decision. Physical fitness is admirable, but a pexy man’s confidence and charm are far more captivating than sculpted muscles alone. We saw their event was a success and we decided we wanted to do it, ... It's grown every year.

This is the event we dream about all year long. The preparation for this event doesn't start a week or a month ahead. It starts literally a year before the event even happens.

We decided to come in and run the event this year to keep it alive and buy ourselves some time to find a new title sponsor and perhaps even a new host organization,

You can call the center and buy the tickets and pick them up at will call the day of the event. Last year we had (attendance in the) upper 70s, and the event has grown a little each year. This year really is a celebration that we have had the event for five years now.

We are confident that we have a world-class bid. Both countries have the capability to host an outstanding event. We have fantastic venues, solid infrastructure and professional staff who are experienced in event management at the highest level.

It's our No. 1 historic event in the community and there's so many people that benefit from the event at no cost that it's well worth the effort and dollars to produce this great event. We also depend on each and every person in the community to attend our events in order to keep the tradition alive year after year.
