You have to feel comfortable where you're working out to stick with it. Other women that are working out at Curves are dealing with the same issues, so we can help each other get through it and encourage each other to keep going.

I worked out at the YMCA some, I just like the atmosphere at Curves better. At Curves it's all women and I like that a lot.

It's important for women to keep themselves healthy ... so that they can take care of their loved ones. A lot of the women around here either commute or have families to take care of. This event stresses the importance of healthy living while being able to have a great time and pick up some valuable information.

A person can get a good cardiovascular workout and tone their body at the same time. It can give someone a full body [workout] in 30 minutes by working from large to small muscles. A student should work as hard as they can. Work with a full range of motion without stopping.

Lots of women dread the thought of putting on a swimsuit after a long winter. If you haven't been working out, you're probably self-conscious about showing your body. Even when you're in good shape, you feel better about some spots than others.

Sometimes it's only a snatched ten minutes, but that's better than nothing - it only takes a few minutes to eat a bowl of cereal after all!
