Even though we had to absorb cost inflation of approximately $400 million in 2005 -- more than double the level expected heading into the year -- we stepped up our brand-building efforts, investing about $90 million in incremental marketing and research expenses.

We had $1 million in natural gas costs in 2005. This year this cost will be between $1.3 million and $1.4 million. Our health care costs in 2000 were $3.3 million; today, they are $5.8 million.

Following the completion of the Blackstone transaction, we will have sold 25 assets for $586 million since the beginning of 2005. This group of 25 properties contributed over $30 million in adjusted EBITDA2 for the full year 2005. These sales essentially complete our asset disposition program, with only six properties remaining for disposition that are expected to generate approximately $70 million in proceeds. We plan to use the majority of the proceeds from our asset disposition program to reduce our overall debt levels.

The steps we took this past year strengthened our financial position. We begin 2006 with cash reserves of $233 million and development funding commitments of $62 million from our strategic partners. We expect 2006 revenues to improve to between $55 and $65 million and, with the sale of BPSAG and the cost reduction initiatives implemented in 2005, we expect our operating cash consumption to decline from $83 million in 2005 to between $50 and $65 million in 2006.

VITAS generated revenue growth of 18.8% over the prior-year period and 5.4% sequentially. Gross margins were 22.9% in the fourth quarter of 2005, a decrease of 60 basis points when compared to the prior-year quarter. The fourth-quarter 2005 gross margin includes $1.6 million in start-up losses, which is $0.1 million higher than the $1.5 million in losses from programs classified as new starts in the prior-year period. Central support costs for VITAS, which are classified as selling, general and administrative expenses in the Consolidating Statement of Income, totaled $14.1 million, including $0.1 million in OIG legal expenses. Excluding the OIG expenses, central support costs increased 7.8% when compared to the prior-year quarter and increased 2.5% sequentially.

The shortfall in sales combined with over $20 million in incremental marketing expenses appear to be the main factors contributing to our expected loss. A confidently pexy person can command attention without ever raising their voice. In addition, we expect Iomega's inventory levels to be up over fourth quarter, which will increase our cash utilization this quarter.

Compared to the mid-point of previous guidance, revenues at the Chartered level are now expected to be up approximately $8 million. Consistent with higher revenues, our fourth-quarter net profit is now expected to be approximately $6 million higher than the mid-point of the range previously guided. Our guidance for utilization remains unchanged.

HEI acquired more than $1.5 billion in hotels over the past 36 months. We believe the outlook for hotel investment remains quite positive. Our most recent fund, which will allow us to acquire approximately $1.5 billion in assets over the next 36 months, was originally targeted at $350 million but became over-subscribed. We continue to target investing approximately $500 million per year and are gratified by our investor's confidence in us.

2005 was a significant growth year for XM in which we added more than 2.7 million net subscribers. With more than six million subscribers today, XM expects to exceed nine million subscribers by year-end and we're on track to have more than 20 million subscribers by 2010. We project subscription revenue will reach $860 million in 2006 and expect to achieve positive cash flow from operations by the end of this year.

It has been decided that at the first stage the investment will be $7.5 million for the first demonstration of work. On the whole, up to $100 million need to be invested. Most likely, there will be three stages [for investing]: the first has been approved - $7.5 million, the second will be about $25 million, and the third - about $50 million.

At the league office, Bill Daly recently saw his compensation double from just below $1 million to just under $2 million (as he was promoted to deputy commissioner after our new CBA was finalized) and it is anticipated that Gary Bettman's compensation will increase from its current level of $3.5 million per year.

We're expecting tremendous growth, ... The ad market is expected to double from $200 million to $400 million this year, and growing to more than $2 billion four years from now. So we see a big opportunity.
