en I didn't hit it great today, but I left myself with some easier up-and-downs when I did miss, so it wasn't so bad.

en It wasn't really a great ball-striking round, but I made a lot of putts today. Today I don't really think has a bearing on anything. You kind of have one course that's a little easier and then one you try and survive on. I enjoy it here.

en Both pitchers today were not as sharp as their first game. Matt (Reich) was coming off three days rest. He left the ball up and got hit around. He didn't pitch bad but he wasn't great. He kept us in the game.

en Over the two rounds today I made a lot of course management mistakes, four or five times. You can't miss it right on 15 when the pin is on the left. And you can't hit it left on 16. Those two cost me.

en When you set up your rotation and you have a guy like Randy Johnson, you certainly have a great deal of confidence. He just wasn't able to locate his pitches ... It just didn't get any easier for him.

en We've had ups and downs, but tomorrow is a chance, a great opportunity for us. At Kentucky, it's about championships. It'd be great to win and great to get to the Sweet 16, but we've got a lot more games to play. The good thing about downs is that the ups are coming.

en It definitely was a nice day. I haven't had a good round for a long time. I just played very good golf today. I didn't miss a fairway, I didn't miss a green.

en You miss a week, you go to the back of the bus. He didn't look like how he did when he left. Everybody is ahead of him. I'm ahead of him. You can't miss a week and not be able to run and then try to be where you were. It's not going to happen. The best thing is he's very conscientious. I didn't say unconscious. But he's about one-third as good as he normally is.

en Kevin got some playing time last week and did a nice job. Today, we didn't hesitate one moment to put him in when Jason had to come out. He responded the way we hoped he would. In other years, when our top rusher went down, we'd be in trouble. Today, we didn't miss a beat.

en He didn't have his best stuff tonight. His command wasn't nearly what it has been in the past. He had a four-run cushion, wasn't really able to capitalize on it. But he still left the game with a lead, so it wasn't a lost effort by any means. He battled.
