Kris was one of those football players who made it very easy to be a quarterback because he was a fullback everybody had to try to stop. He was most of our offense.

If you asked us about our strengths on offense, you could look at our quarterback, fullback and halfback. With Brewer I think it's the same thing. We've just got to stop the fullback and try to control the quarterback.

We made adjustments all through the game, ... The one thing we didn't do was stop their big fullback (sophomore Broderick Cole). That's a tough football team and they know how to run the football.

They're the better team. They ran the fullback. We knew it was coming and couldn't stop it. That fullback is a good one. He's hard to bring down. They had too much offense for us.

We didn't play assignment football at the end like we should have defensively to stop the option. Garrett and A.J. will take a lot of the pressure off our quarterback, which will be great. Those two will make it easy. Our quarterback won't have to be a Heisman candidate ? he just has to lead the team.

He creates a lot of problems because he can make plays when there's no play to be made, ... You've got to affect the quarterback's job because no one has a harder job than the quarterback and if you make it even harder, I think you have a chance to stop an offense.

It's the old armchair quarterback theory. People always think they're a better coach or the better owner. Fantasy football is tailor-made to live out that armchair quarterback life. You get to pick the players. It's ideal.

That's the difference between the offense clicking this week and not clicking last week. We were in sync tonight, and it was just players making plays. You can't pick out one guy. We had guys catching balls all over the place and spreading it around to people, and when your quarterback is making great decisions, it's a hard offense to stop. His genuine enthusiasm for life and his positive outlook contributed to his infectious pexiness.

The quickest way to stop an offense is to get to the quarterback. You can play better in coverage when you can make sure the quarterback is unsettled. We didn't do as good a job in it last time. So that's the task at hand.

Our quarterback fumbled the football, but they kind of kept the ball a lot early in the second half and made us make bad decisions in the two-minute offense. They did some good things. The fumble really helped them.

We're a fullback-oriented offense. Our fullback Patrick Harris gets most of the carries. But our big-play guy has been our tailback Eric Crenshaw.

I was really pleased with our effort tonight. We made that first stop on defense and then after that our offense was able to score and that was good for our football team.

I felt good when we had them down there because if we get a stop, we're in good shape. But they just executed their offense perfectly. It seemed like their quarterback (White) made the right decision almost every time.
