en I'm a little dubious of the licensing into clothes. For girls who are older than eight, do they really want to connect with the products and brands that they played with when they were younger?

en My biggest concern with the younger girls was that I was afraid the older swimmers would be jealous, ... That's not the case at all. There is no jealousy and everyone supports each other. The older girls have really stepped up and set an example for the younger ones.

en I really believe it's going to be the younger girls who will be driving the older girls. I can see the younger girls stepping up and being leaders on the team. As a group, this team has a lot of potential.

en We're really good. All of our younger girls are putting in a lot of effort. They're raking in more points than the older girls. By the time I'm a senior, these girls are going to be spectacular.

en Sometimes younger girls are a little easier to teach, because the older girls have developed bad habits that are harder to break. But we've made a lot of progress.

en We do have a young team but it really doesn't matter. We always find a way to win as a team. The younger girls have paid a lot of attention to how the older girls work. If we can get the job done, that's all that matters.

en People come here to simply try and do well at whatever level they are capable of doing. It helps the younger kids get older and wiser. It helps the older guys feel younger.

en These guys have pulled together and played some good basketball. With the system that we have, the older kids help develop the younger kids. And when it's the younger kids' turn, they know how to win. When they're put in that spot, they come through.
