That should be the first and foremost consideration.

en I talked to a lot of Oakland people out there, what they teach, and they said they have a lot more luck drafting that type of player and trading for that type of player than they do creating that type of player. I think it's just the way your brain works. It's very hard to teach.

en This morning it was all right. I woke up stiff. I did some work and it made me feel better. Took a nap and it was a little stiff. It was more stiff when I woke up this afternoon than this morning. I said, 'Hey, just let it go.' That was the hardest thing for me, to not dress up and play.

en He's not a physical type of player right now. But we just feel, given the opportunity to play and show what he can do, we will try to develop him into the type of player we feel can help our team.

en We would have liked to have seen our starters go against their starters. Their best player (Camara) is a tremendous player who is tremendously physical and tremendously active throughout the entire game and played 33 minutes.

en We have a 10-man [rotation]. We can go out and get the job done. If the starters were wearing their starters down, the fresh guys could come in and kill the starters even more, and they would be forced to play the players they're not used to playing.

en He's just an old-fashioned type player. He's 6-3 and fast and has a nose for the goal. He really pushes himself to make himself a better player. He's a very powerful player, and nobody likes to play against him. He's also amazing without the ball.

en Maybe this upcoming week we will play like the Redskins played, with the same type of win-and-you're-in and lose-and-you're-out type of mentality.
