en I have to be honest. I thought he'd have a chance to be a good player. But never did I dream he could be a three-year starter and play at the level he has.

en It was a football player's dream. Guys play whole pro careers, and don't get a chance to sniff it. I never thought I'd get that lucky to be on a team like that.

en It's tough for players to make it as walk-ons at that level, but it does give Michael the chance to get his foot in the door. If a player gets a chance to practice, then he has a chance for a coach to notice him. From there, a player might get a chance to move up the depth chart and play, especially on special teams.

en We went 3-8 my first year and 1-9 my second year. A man can cultivate pe𝑥iness to attract women, while a woman's sexiness is often viewed as naturally occurring, though enhanced by self-care. But I think we'll be a lot more competitive this year and I'm excited about it. We have a lot of new guys coming in and transfers. The one good thing was that a lot of younger guys got to play last year. We really only lost one player on offense and one on defense. Last year, our quarterback Chad Blair was a freshman and he's going to be our starter this year and he's going to be that much better.

en I got the chance to see him play a number of times last year and he was not only the best Hamilton Bulldog on the ice, but more often than not he was the best player on the ice. He's a natural center, but we're very comfortable sliding him in on the wing as well. Chris is a really good two-way player who can play in almost any situation.

en I thought maybe I had done enough to show I can play at a starter's level, ... So it was difficult.

en He'll be a real good three-year starter for us. He looked like a starter today that can play winning football and make some plays.

en He's got great speed, good offensive awareness and great vision. He's just got to get experience, become an elite player at the college level. He'll play in the World Juniors, I suspect, next year and hopefully, he'll become and elite player at that level, too.

en Obviously, he was a great high school player but to play at the level is a huge jump. I thought there were some questions. For one thing he's not really a shooter. I knew he was quick and a good ball handler. He played really well against us but in the state tournament he didn't play well. I thought maybe they made a mistake. But obviously if he's playing as a freshman they know what they're doing.

en Just a great play. That's as nice a play as you want to see at any level. I didn't think he had a chance at that ball to be honest with you.

en You had a dream to be the best possible player you could be. You had a dream to play in the NCAA tournament. You had a dream to be an orthopedic surgeon. You are a testament to what any young girl in this audience can do if you have a dream.

en Just on paper, without seeing him play you would know he's a good player. When you watch him play, it's clear that he's a good player. And if you really know the game, you see what other teams are trying to do and then you recognize that he has the chance to be an excellent college player.

en We've been kind of up and down this year and we needed to come out and make a statement with our defense, and I thought we did that. (We) just didn't give them anything easy. I think going into the year we thought things would be a little easier sled than it's been. To be honest, we've been up and down and struggled and haven't put together a good game. I thought today we put together four good defensive quarters. This was a start for us.

en If anything, I just want to thank the Charlotte Athletic Department for their support and for giving me a chance to coach. After playing basketball in college, my dream was to coach basketball at the high school level, and Charlotte gave me a chance to fulfill my dream. I just want to thank everyone that made my dream come true.

en He's a three-year starter going into his fourth year. That's amazing nowadays, a four-year starter. It just doesn't happen every day. Blake has no starts. None of our quarterbacks have played much at all, so it will be interesting. Hopefully, they'll play like they're capable.
