en The sellers in the auction have the power rather than the buyer. They set the date for the auction and the closing, they set the price and the property is sold as-is. The owner is the power-broker in the sale.

en There's been a continued series of hawkish comments from the Fed, and there's supply pressure with today's five-year auction. All of this is going to put downward pressure on Treasury prices.
