There isn't any question about the rule: If a player goes out of bounds, he can't be the first to touch the ball.

I thought a ball was going out of bounds, and my thought process was not to hit the guy because the ball was out of bounds. Then Roy jumped like eight feet in the air and pulled it in with one hand. I think all the rule changes that they made this year was to give a better show for the fans, and I love the changes, I think most of them have worked. But the touch icing is one rule I'd like to see changed. It's just asking for an injury.
