I was upset because we have been in tougher situations than this, and we lost our composure. They were leaving the person they were guarding, and doing their own thing on defense.

We've spent a lot of time talking about situations and keeping our composure. We've lost our composure and poise in a few games. Windsor's the heavyweight champ in our area, but we happened to make plays down the stretch.

As you keep going along, it gets tougher and tougher. We just need to keep playing defense. That's the thing that needs to be constant.

The thing that really upset me is that Sheehan outworked us, especially on the boards. There are more aspects to basketball than scoring. Especially in the state tournament, the things that allow you to advance are playing tough defense and owning the backboards. I didn't see enough white shirts (Fitch) boxing Sheehan out. All the glory goes to the offense, but we have to make a commitment to rebounding and defense. It's hard work. That's why we lost by five instead of winning by 10.

I think we have lost a little bit of our identity. We were so strong defensively earlier in the season, and now we not playing any defense at all. We're just not guarding anybody.

Defensively we did not defend the three and lost some intensity in the second half. We had more turnovers and they were able to get about 14 points right off of those turnovers. Then the crowd got involved and we lost composure and spaced out on our transition defense.
