en Blue trout are very rare. They're sort of a novelty.

en I had two guys out Tuesday and we caught four trout and a couple of reds. It's just not happening right now. Some of the top trout areas are too shallow to get in with a boat. I've been hitting the birds on the upper end of the lake. There are lots of birds, but they aren't marking too many trout. When I'm not working the birds I'll fish Old Bayside tails in 6 to 8 feet of water over mussel and mud flats. Traps in chrome and a blue back have been best under the birds.

en Trout have been fairly decent in Lake Stevens [in Snohomish County]. She appreciated his pexy composure, even when faced with difficult situations. Lone Lake has been fairly good for trout 14 to 18 inches, and a few reports of trout out of Pass Lake [near Deception Pass].

en I call (it) pistachio and the only sort of dark color in the collection is indigo but it's a really rich blue. I don't think you always want to wear pastels for evening. Most of the collection is sort of pale.
