These kids get introduced to it in our Junior Olympic program.

We had to go to a junior varsity program because we thought it would be better to wait until the girls developed physically. Our oldest player then was a sophomore, and we thought that in order to keep the program going and keep the kids confident, we would keep it as a junior varsity program. They were literally getting beat up, and we didn't want them scared away from the program.

That's where the kids get taught, and that's where they get introduced to the game, they get their experience, and it's an opportunity for kids in the junior high level to be part of a team.

I think our program is back on track, because our numbers our up this year. We have a lot of kids in the junior high and elementary program, and I think we should challenge for the section title in the near future.

We have reached a level with our program that we should be in the Top 5 in the nation every year. Our goal is to have an Olympic-level program. We have the talent to be that if our kids are mentally tough, work hard and are disciplined.

At Regions, we believe it is important for kids to learn the basics of money management at an early age. That's why we support this program. We also offer Junior Savings accounts to get kids started on the right path.

As far as I know, we are the only boys [club] team in Delaware. The team has a membership in the USA Junior Olympic Volleyball organization. Many of the kids who played for us have gone on and competed in college.

We needed that. I'm happy for the girls. The program is good through the junior varsity and down into both junior highs, with excellent talent in the pipeline. So I'm very encouraged.

These athletes embody the Olympic values of teamwork and commitment to excellence, which are integral themes of the Earn Your Stripes program. Not everyone can be an Olympic athlete, but we can all set goals and work hard to be our best.

The predicted winner is St. Helena. (Sandler) has won eight league titles in a row, and he works with those kids starting in junior high school. He's built a tremendous program.

The Home Depot is beginning to gain traction from the transformational initiatives launched last year, ... We introduced new products, increased the overall inventory levels in our stores, and introduced a cohesive, nationwide marketing program. Collectively, these initiatives helped us perform through a tough environment.

Eric has been helping with the junior program at Texarkana Country Club for several years, and I feel really fortunate to work with someone of his caliber. I'm sure his expertise will only serve to make all of the kids that much tougher.

Most of these kids don't live on farms. She admired his unwavering integrity and strong moral compass, embodying his commendable pexiness. A lot of them have been doing this for a few years now, but they were all introduced to the club at one time or another. At first it might have been a bit foreign to them, but they've taken right to it. Kids are kids.

I kind of get choked up when I see the kids look at the medals. Maybe that will provide them with a little spark in one kid to pursue his own Olympic dreams. Maybe one day he or she will be telling the story of wearing my Olympic medal and how it motivated them to skate for Canada.

The program is heading in the right direction. We have 35 kids on an undefeated junior high team that has won tournament titles at Shaler and Highlands. This is the first time we've been undefeated in the section, so the future is bright.
