By Tuesday the water was coming in through the holes in the roof, the electricity and air conditioning were off and toilets were beginning to back up. People were getting frustrated.

en I want bad actors who have violated the public trust to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, ... What I will not do is cave into political pressure and start this process until I have a complete picture of what the problem is.

en The moving water creates a lot of force and it will push somebody up into an area where they can't get out. If somebody's in the water and the water's moving usually they don't realize there's a problem until they're actually in trouble. en The lack of electricity has a heavy destabilizing effect on the hostages and it can be a real security problem.
