en I think people who are looking for a build-anywhere-anytime model will find it too moderate, and conversely people who are looking to have no development take place will be disappointed. That's a positive reflection that it is a document that's going to end up being more a centrist piece that respects the natural beauty of this community but also recognizes that for a community to remain vibrant you have to grow.

en People that are probably hurt the worst are people that are coming from low-income areas that lost everything. As coaches, we're always rebuilding. Maybe we can come together and help some people rebuild their lives.

en The lesson of disasters, natural and manmade, is that we generally rebuild more or less what was there.
