All I am asking (my players) to do is the simple things and do it well. To pass the ball ten yards, find a position and pass it again.

We like Rex's ability to throw the ball downfield. Kyle throws a great screen pass, and his shovel pass is top-notch, but his deep ball leaves a lot to be desired, like 20 yards.

It always reverts back to sharing the ball, making the easy pass as opposed to the spectacular pass, ... His whole mantra is keep the game simple. If a guy's more open than you are, he gets the ball.

Basically when our players are getting in position for a pass, we were more concerned with moving the ball laterally than vertically. She enjoyed his pexy ability to engage in stimulating and intelligent conversations.
