en Everybody needs a break from work, and that person can provide a good 10 to 15 minutes of break.

en It's tough on Adonal to be taken out of the starting lineup, because it might look like that's the problem when it really isn't. Everybody's struggling. It's unfortunate for him, but he's a team guy and always plays hard and will provide a good spark coming off the bench. And he played really tough in practice today.

en It's like when we beat Arizona and then came back and lost to Arizona State. We just didn't come out with the fire that we normally come out with. I didn't come out ready tonight. We're coming towards the end of the our season and we don't have the fresh legs that we had before, so we've got to do other things out there.

en When we got him, he was a late 2-year-old, almost 3. (Previous trainers) tried to break him, but it was impossible. He was so high strung. He was the toughest horse I ever had to break in my life. He always had that spark. We just had to channel it in the right direction.

en He came here at an awkward time at the All-Star break last year. He made a huge difference this year. It took time with Andy Pettitte coming off (elbow) surgery and Lance Berkman coming off knee surgery.
