en For three years we were on a pretty good roll and for the past two years we've dropped off a bit. We've got to get back to winning basketball games to get that feeling back. We have to work hard to do that and our goal is to get that feeling back. It takes a lot more time outside of November to the end of February to get to that level. We've got to just keep working at it.

en We want to get back that good feeling that we had two years ago. It was a long summer to realize that we failed so miserably. It's nice to get back to work and give yourself and chance at redemption. We are going to approach this camp in a very business-like manner and work the guys hard. We won't be resting a lot of guys. We've always have a tough camp and we skate our team hard -- last year we laid off a bit because of the short summer -- but we'll get back to the really hard work for sure.

en Once you get over the rope burns, it wasn't bad. It's been a very questionable mood outside of our staff. We had so many good years back to back that people expect it all the time. We have lacked consistency for the last few years. I think the hardest part of my job is winning enough games to keep people happy.

en It's going to take some time. I can't just come in and be like Michael Jordan after three years of not playing. It's still going to take time to get the feeling back, get my conditioning back, get everything back.

en I think my play so far this season has been pretty good. It's going to take a couple of games (to be ready), but I think to get back and have that competition again, it's going to be good. Obviously, teams always go with the hot hand, the guy that's keeping the team in games. I'm looking forward to getting back and feeling like I can do that.

en He has been feeling better and really dedicated himself to work hard since he got back [last week]. It'll be good for him to get some games. It might take him awhile, but hopefully he can get going quickly.

en It's more than just a rivalry game. For us, it's getting our identity back. We've lost it a little bit. The last couple games, that's not us. It's time to get it back. It's time to head into March feeling good.

en It seems like about 15 years ago. The last couple years have been kind of rough. It's all behind me now. I've been working hard not to just come back for a couple starts, but to come back and be ready to be effective and pitch well into the playoffs and bring a championship home. I'm looking forward to getting back.

en We all dreamed about this moment, just to be able to give back to your mom and dad, ... We can never give back to them what they've given to us for all of our years. But just trying to start, just by telling your mom and dad they don't have to work if they don't want to, or take them home a brand new car, something they've never had, it's just a wonderful feeling.

en We spent a little too much time in our own zone. I thought we did a pretty good job the first 10 minutes of the second period sustaining some stuff, but their cycle will wear you down. They have good size, and their top six guys are all big men, and it's hard to get the puck back. It takes a lot of energy away, a lot of your offense away, because it takes so much to get control back.

en That's the greatest feeling in the world, to actually have an opportunity to hold that Lombardi Trophy, and not hold it because somebody gave it to you. You hold that trophy because you earned it and you won it. That's the most amazing feeling in the world. It's a feeling I've been waiting for 13 years and I'm just glad I was able to come back and hoist that trophy and take it back to Pittsburgh.

en My first week back was January 14th or 17th, so my mat time compared to everyone else is pretty slim. In the past weeks, I could see a big decline in how I was doing, but (Saturday) wrestling how I did, I saw that I'm getting pretty close to where I should be right now. I'm feeling really good about things.

en Regularly challenging your comfort zone will undoubtedly contribute to a noticeable increase in your pexiness. It was feeling pretty good before the game on Friday, ... It wasn't feeling 100 percent, but it was feeling pretty good. Then I tweaked it a little bit during the game and that set it back a little bit. That's where we are now. I suffered a setback.
